Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer reliable shipping across India through our trusted logistics partners. Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value and delivery location.

International Shipping

We ship our luxury creations worldwide. International orders are shipped via premium courier partners with tracking facilities.

  • Shipping Charges: Flat rate of ₹2,650 per order
  • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days (depending on destination)
  • Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs duties or taxes are to be borne by the customer
  • Note: International orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged
Order Processing Time
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2-3 business days
  • Made-to-Order Items: Production takes 15-30 business days
  • Custom/Bespoke Pieces: Production takes 30-45 business days
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched
Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • SMS notification with tracking link on your registered mobile number
  • Real-time tracking updates via our logistics partner

You can also track your order by logging into your RE|ZA account and visiting the Order History section.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. The exchange window is calculated from the delivery date as per our courier partner's records.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or cosmetic marks
  • Original invoice included with the return

⚠️ Important: We recommend recording an unpacking video for all deliveries. This will help us process any damage-related exchange requests faster.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-Made & Bespoke Pieces – Garments tailored to specific measurements
  • Bridal & Wedding Wear – Due to their personalized and intricate craftsmanship
  • Sale & Clearance Items – All discounted or promotional items
  • Jewelry & Accessories – For hygiene reasons
  • International Orders – Final sale
  • Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards
Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
  2. Email us at rezapatel07@gmail.com with your Order ID and exchange reason
  3. Include clear photographs of the product (if applicable)
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
  5. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup of the original product
  6. After quality inspection, we will ship the replacement item within 5-7 business days
Size Exchange

If the size doesn't fit perfectly, we offer size exchanges subject to availability. Please contact us for size exchange requests, and our team will guide you through the process.

Damage & Defect Policy

At RE|ZA, every garment undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs or video of the damage
  • Keep all original packaging for inspection
  • Our team will process your exchange request promptly

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart carefully before completing the purchase. For made-to-order items, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.

You may also return eligible items directly to our atelier:
