At RE|ZA, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece that leaves our atelier. From our exquisite couture collection to our timeless bridalwear and occasion wear, each garment is meticulously handcrafted with the finest fabrics and intricate embellishments.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to love your RE|ZA creation as much as we loved creating it for you.

📦 Exchange Window: Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

✨ Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery date
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • Original packaging and invoice included
  • No stains, tears, or signs of use
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or cosmetic marks

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and craftsmanship integrity, the following items are non-exchangeable:

  • Custom-Made & Bespoke Pieces – Any garment tailored to specific measurements or modified as per customer request
  • Bridal & Wedding Wear – Due to the intricate craftsmanship and personalized nature
  • Sale & Clearance Items – All discounted, promotional, or sale products are final sale
  • Jewelry & Accessories – For hygiene reasons
  • Intimate & Lingerie Items
  • Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Email us at rezapatel07@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for exchange
  3. Include clear photographs of the product (if reporting a quality issue)
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
  5. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup of the original product
  6. After inspection, we will ship the replacement item within 5-7 business days

⚠️ Important Note: We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package. This will help us process any damage-related exchange requests faster. Please ensure the video clearly shows the sealed package, the opening process, and a close-up of any damaged areas.

Damage & Defect Policy

At RE|ZA, every garment undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs or video of the damage
  • Keep all original packaging for inspection
  • Our team will assess and process your exchange request promptly

Size Exchange

If your RE|ZA creation doesn't fit perfectly, we offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. Please contact us for size exchange requests, and we will guide you through the process.

Shipping & Handling

For eligible exchanges:

  • Pickup from your address will be arranged by our logistics partner
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed in original packaging
  • Our team will bear the shipping cost for the first exchange request
  • Subsequent exchanges may incur shipping charges

You may also return eligible items directly to our atelier:

Refunds vs Exchanges
